Terms of Service

The service

Scriptal (operated by Andy Stearman) provides done-for-you analysis of call transcripts: you provide conversation transcripts, and we deliver written analysis reports through a private portal and downloadable files. Engagements are sold as one-time analysis tiers, bespoke projects, or recurring monthly analysis as agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities

Payment

Self-serve tiers are one-time payments processed by Stripe at checkout. Bespoke engagements are invoiced per the agreed scope, typically half up front and half on delivery. Recurring analysis is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds and re-runs

If we cannot complete the analysis on your transcripts, you receive a full refund. Once reports are delivered, sales are final; if something in the analysis looks wrong, we re-run it at no charge. For bespoke engagements: if after revisions the deliverables still do not provide real value, we refund in full.

Your data and our deliverables

Your transcripts remain yours. The reports and extracted data we deliver are yours to use freely within your business. We retain internal tooling, prompts, and methodology. We do not use your transcripts to train AI models and do not share your data except with the processors named in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Reports are analysis of your conversations, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Findings describe patterns in the data you provided; business decisions based on them are yours. The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the engagement in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance.
