What exactly is Scriptal?+
A done-for-you analysis service for call transcripts. You send us your recorded conversations (sales calls, customer success calls, coaching sessions) and we turn them into finished intelligence: every objection ranked with winning responses, your real ICP based on who actually buys, buying signals, rep coaching gaps, and more. Every finding cites the exact calls and quotes it came from.
What do I actually receive?+
A private portal your team signs into, with every report readable in the browser, grouped into Start Here, Playbooks, and a Reference Library. Plus downloadable PDFs of everything and your raw structured data (JSON). Bespoke engagements add a 60-minute strategy call.
Who is this for?+
Anyone sitting on a pile of recorded conversations: sales teams, coaches and consultants, customer success teams, founders with years of customer interviews. If the conversations contain your business, we can decode them.
Do you record calls for me?+
No. We analyze transcripts you already have. Use whatever records your calls today (Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, Gong), export the transcripts, and send them over.
Pricing and Turnaround
What does it cost?+
Self-serve tiers are priced by library size: $249 up to 300 transcripts, $449 up to 1,000, $799 up to 2,500. One-time payments, delivered within 48 hours. Above 2,500 transcripts, or when you want custom scope, bespoke engagements start at $1,500. See the pricing page for what each tier includes.
How fast do I get my reports?+
Self-serve tiers deliver within 48 hours of your upload. Bespoke engagements typically run about 7 days. Every analysis includes a human quality review before delivery.
What is your refund policy?+
If the analysis cannot be completed on your transcripts, full refund. Once your reports are delivered, all sales are final, but if something looks wrong we re-run it at no charge. For bespoke work: if after revisions the reports still do not deliver real value, we refund 100%. We have never had to.
Do you offer ongoing analysis?+
Yes. After a Foundation Analysis, monthly intelligence keeps it current: each month we analyze your newest calls and your portal updates with what changed, what is trending, and what to fix. Ask about it on a call.
Sending Your Transcripts
What format do you need?+
Plain text transcripts in a ZIP. Every recorder exports this. If you use the TranscriptExporter Chrome extension with Fathom, its export ZIP is exactly right. Markdown works too; we convert it.
How many transcripts do I need?+
Self-serve starts at any size. More calls means deeper patterns: at a few hundred calls the objection and ICP analysis gets very sharp, and at 1,000+ the surprising-pattern detection starts finding things nobody would think to ask.
What if my library is bigger than the tier I bought?+
The upload page counts your files in your browser before anything uploads, so you will know immediately. You can upload anyway (we analyze the most recent calls your tier covers) or pay the difference for the right tier.
Privacy and Security
Do you use my transcripts to train AI?+
No. Never. Your transcripts are processed to produce your reports and nothing else. They are not training data, not shared, not sold.
Where is my data stored?+
Encrypted at rest and in transit, in access-controlled storage. Reports live behind your private portal login. You can request deletion of everything at any time.
Can you sign an NDA?+
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before any transcript review.
Who can see my reports?+
Only the people you authorize. Portal access is per-email, with one-click sign-in links. Scale tier includes team member access; you decide who is on the list.
Compared To...
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?+
Chatbots handle a handful of transcripts; we analyze hundreds or thousands and find the patterns across all of them. You also get finished, citable reports your team can act on, not a chat session that forgets everything tomorrow.
How is this different from Gong or Chorus?+
Those are tools: they record, transcribe, and give you dashboards, then your team does the mining. We deliver the finished analysis: the objection database, the ICP, the coaching plan, written out with receipts. Different jobs. Plenty of our customers use both.
Could my team do this internally?+
Reading 900 transcripts takes a human work-month and the patterns hide across calls, not inside any single one. The honest answer: yes, with a quarter of an analyst's time. Or 48 hours and a few hundred dollars here.
