What do I need to get started?+
Your call transcripts as a ZIP of text files. If you use the TranscriptExporter Chrome extension with Fathom, the export ZIP it produces is exactly what we need. Other sources work too as long as the ZIP contains plain text transcripts.
How fast do I get my reports?+
Within 48 hours of your upload. Every analysis includes a human quality review before delivery.
Is this generic AI advice?+
No. Every finding is built from your actual calls and cited back to specific conversations, with verbatim quotes. If it is not in your transcripts, it is not in your reports.
How is it delivered?+
As your private Scriptal portal: every report readable and navigable in your browser, with a one-click sign-in link. PDFs of everything are included as downloads, along with your raw structured data.
What about my data?+
Your transcripts and reports are private, stored encrypted, never shared, and never used to train anything. Your raw extracted data belongs to you and is included in your delivery. We delete everything on request.
What is your refund policy?+
If the analysis cannot be completed on your transcripts, full refund. Once your reports are delivered, all sales are final, but if something looks wrong we will re-run it at no charge.
